Priorities & Task Lists in Cobalt
Trainings and audits support priority levels (Urgent, High, Normal, Low) when planning in admin or creating tasks on the shop floor. Operators sort and filter lists by priority, see badges on task cards, and save filter presets. Audit, training, and issue lists refresh automatically every 30 seconds and when returning to the app so API-triggered work appears without manual refresh.
Audits & Integrations
Audit triggers can call webhooks when an audit finishes, and the audit REST API adds endpoints to list, filter, manage, and delete planned audits from external systems. Only one automatic trigger is allowed per tree node (including descendants) to avoid duplicate scheduling. Scan a workstation or tree-node QR code to plan or start an audit or product order, and a new planner view shows planned items by assigned node or station alongside the calendar.
Cobalt Experience & Device Setup
Cobalt reflects the updated Azumuta branding on login and QR codes, shows connection status on the workstation, and streamlines the homescreen layout. Filter and sort controls for trainings and audits are easier to use, the work instruction assign-to dropdown loads faster for large teams, and asset import accepts CSV as well as Excel. Android tablets read the workspace domain from azumuta.json or MDM app restrictions for zero-touch provisioning; a demo query parameter helps workshop stations. Touch handling on tree node cards is fixed on native iOS and Android, and session timeout now counts scrolling, modals, background tabs, and accurate last-activity timestamps so operators are not logged out while actively working.
Enterprise & Compliance
SharePoint authentication moves from retired Azure Access Control to modern Microsoft identity. A data-integrity PDF template supports controlled-document exports with effective dates, approver roles, and uncontrolled-copy footers. Work instruction version history shows linked asset source and target states, variant codes accept valid special characters, and peripheral webhook runs store full request/response details for troubleshooting. REST v2 exposes per-signer timestamps for customer-specific PDF cover pages.
Cobalt Dashboards & Shop-Floor Visibility
Dashboards can be set as the default Cobalt home page. The widget picker groups charts by module and data type, and new widgets include OEE, cycle time, First Time Right, control charts (including boolean checks), product count (with time window and group-by), zone control board options, and product order insight. Bar charts read better on long labels, executor rows can show avatars, and image, iframe, and company logo widgets are available in the builder.
