Priority & Planning for Trainings and Audits
Planned trainings and audits support priority levels (Low through Urgent) with configurable, multilingual labels. Assign priority when planning or editing, filter and sort planning views, and use the REST API priorityLevel field where integrations need it. Operators see version numbers on audit and training cards for GMP traceability during execution.
Compliance Locks & Approval Clarity
Signed signature requests can be locked so completed sign-offs cannot be reopened or removed when the workspace opt-in is enabled. Finished audit recordings cannot be edited or deleted after execution. Authors editing a work instruction while another version is in approval see a clear banner that their changes apply outside the pending version. The step overview table in the editor now shows the approval state of each individual step at a glance — declined, pending review, changes not yet requested, or approved — with icons that link straight to revision history.
Revision history uses accurate "Approved by", "Declined by", or "Approval requested by" labels with links to the approval issue.

Permissions & Administration
Organization-level rights can be assigned to user groups so multi-site rollouts scale without per-user grants. SSO-only workspaces no longer send confusing "set password" emails to new users. Visual type removal is gated for extended staff, and removing a type deprecates it without deleting existing visuals — hard delete remains staff-only.
Numbering, Traceability & Reporting
Automatic numbering formats (for example WI-00001) can be set on any library tree node and inherited by descendants unless overridden deeper in the tree. Variant renames are recorded in the audit trail with old and new names. Issue tickets show the real tree node type (Procedure, Audit, SOP, and so on) instead of a generic label. PDF exports of work instructions can include a dedicated Signature column for hybrid paper workflows, and "Import Resources" is a separate permission from "Create Resources".
Simple entry devices can toggle offline mode from the UI (click the version number), and the admin login, favicon, and sidebar reflect the updated Azumuta brand identity.
