How to Add an Attachment to a Work Instruction

1. Go to the work instructions that you would like to add an attachment to.
2. Click the ⋮ (three-dot) icon next to the work instruction name.
3. Click Edit work instruction.
4. Under Attachments, click Choose files.
5. Upload the desired file.
6. Click Save.

How to Open an Attachment on the App

Here’s how an operator can open an attachment that has been provided by an admin.

1. On a work instruction step, click the ⋮ (three-dot) icon, next to the close icon.
2. Click Attachments.
3. There, you will see the list of attachments that are specific to that product order and to that work instruction. Click them to access them.
