How to Download a Docx Report from a Product Order

Once you’ve linked a docx report to an article category, you can download that docx report from all product orders that were made based on that article category and /or articles that fall under that article category.

Before you follow these steps to download a docx report from a product order, make sure that your operator(s) has worked on that product order, be it only partially, or even better – until its completion. If no operators have worked on that product order, then the docx report will not contain any valuable information.

With that being mentioned, here’s how you can download a docx report from a product order:

Click Quality Management in the homepage sidebar.
Click Product orders.
Click the targeted product order.
Click Export.
Select the docx report that you would like to download (under Reports).
If you prefer to download it as a Word document: click the docx report’s file name.
If you prefer to download it as a PDF document: click pdf.

Afterward, the document will be downloaded into your computer.

Further Customizations

After you’ve downloaded your docx report, you can edit and customize it further like any other Microsoft Office-based file.
