How to Edit a Product Order (Basic)

This article explains the basics of editing a product order.

How to Open the Product Order Editor

1. Click Quality Management in the homepage sidebar and select Product orders.
2. Select the targeted product order, and click it.
3. Click the ⋮ (three-dot) icon.
4. Click Edit.
5. There, you can add/edit various product order data. You can see the complete list under the video.
6. When you’re done using the editor, click Save.
7. Click Yes, I understand.

Here’s what you can configure on the product order editor.

• The product order number/name
• The product order’s timeline
• The product order executor
• The amount of products that will be made on this product order
• The work instructions that are included in this product order
• Attachment files to support the product order.
• Any additional notes.
• The variants associated with the product order (click the Variants & Parameters tab beforehand to access this menu).
• The parameters associated with the product order (click the Variants & Parameters tab beforehand to access this menu).

How to Archive a Product Order

1. Click Quality Management in the homepage sidebar and select Product orders.
2. Select the targeted product order, and click it.
3. Click the ⋮ (three-dot) icon.
4. Click Archive.

How to Un-archive a Product Order

1. Click Quality Management in the homepage sidebar and select Product orders.
2. Click Status.
3. Tick the Archived box.
4. Click the archived product order.
5. Click the ⋮ (three-dot) icon.
6. Click Un-archive.

How to Duplicate a Product Order

1. Click Quality Management in the homepage sidebar and select Product orders.
2. Select the targeted product order, and click it.
3. Click the ⋮ (three-dot) icon.
4. Click Duplicate.
5. A product order editor will appear. If edits are needed, you can edit the duplicated product order data there.
6. When you’re done using the editor, click Save.

How to Delete a Product Order

1. Click Quality Management in the homepage sidebar and select Product orders.
2. Select the targeted product order, and click it.
3. Click the ⋮ (three-dot) icon.
4. Click Remove.
5. Click Delete.

How to Change the Order of Work Instructions in a Product Order

1. Click Quality Management in the homepage sidebar and select Product orders.
2. Select the targeted product order, and click it.
3. Hover your cursor to the drag icon.
4. Click, hold, and drag the work instruction to the desired position, and drop to move it.

How to Delete a Work Instruction in a Product Order

1. Click Quality Management in the homepage sidebar and select Product orders.
2. Select the targeted product order, and click it.
3. Select the targeted work instruction, and click the ⋮ (three-dot) icon next to it.
4. Click Remove.
