Recording
A recording stores the data for one training event that has been executed, partially or completely, by an operator.
Each recording includes:
- The version of the work instruction that was used in the training event.
- The name of the trainers who executed the training event.
- The date and time of the training event’s execution, as well as the date and time for the execution of each instruction step.
- The time spent by the trainees on that training event, as well as the time spent on each instruction step.
- The answers to all product checks on that training event.
Recordings support:
- Automated training tracking: every detail of a training activity is recorded automatically.
- Skills development tracking: compare training reports over time to track employee expertise and skillset development.
- Regulatory compliance: keep the detailed training records some regulations and certifications require.
