Product Order Status Widget

What Is Displayed in This Widget?

This widget will inform you of the number of product orders in each production status.

A product order can have any of the five statuses:

  1. Not active
  2. Planned
  3. In progress
  4. All complete
  5. Finished

How to Deploy This Widget?

Please follow the steps below to deploy this widget to a new dashboard. However, if you would like to deploy this widget to an existing dashboard, then you can navigate to that dashboard and start from step No.4 instead.

  1. Click Dashboards on the side panel.
  2. Click the plus icon under Dashboards.
  3. Type in the new dashboard name.
  4. Click the yellow plus button on the bottom right of the screen.
  5. Navigate to Amount of product orders for selected status under the Product orders widget category, and click Create.
  6. You can choose to display product orders that are based on either an article/article category or a batch order number. If you choose the former: click the dropdown menu under Article or category, and select the article/article category. If you choose the latter, click the dropdown menu under Batch order number, and select the targeted product order number.
  7. Click the dropdown menu under Status, and select the status that you would like to be displayed on the dashboard. This field is optional, but we recommend that you choose a status.
  8. Click Add.
  9. Adjust the widget’s size as desired.
  10. Click the ⋮ (three-dot) icon on the widget.
  11. Click Format widget.
  12. Type in the status name under Title.
  13. Click Save.
  14. Click Yes.
  15. Adjust the widget’s size as desired.

Note: The steps above will lead to the creation of a widget for 1 status. If you want to display all 5 statuses, repeat the steps above 4 more times until you have 5 widgets that show all 5 statuses.

You can also a create widget that shows the total number of available product orders in your workspace by not selecting anything on the dropdown menu under Status.
