In Azumuta, you can see the rapport of each werkinstructie that is Voltooid or is partially Voltooid by your Operators. This rapport summarizes various Key Data from each werkinstructie. Here's how to Toegang this rapport:
How to Bekijk the Rapport
- Klik on Kwaliteitsmanagement in the homepage Sidebar and Select "productorders".
- Klik on a targeted Productorder.
- Selecteer the werkinstructie that you would like to Bekijk the rapport of, and Klik on "Rapport".
- By standaard, you will be directed to the Simpel Bekijk of the Rapport. To Toegang the Gedetailleerd Bekijk, Klik on the "Gedetailleerd" tab.
Information Contained in the Rapport (Simpel Bekijk)
- Klik for Instellingen (you can also Afdrukken and Download the rapport there).
- Klik to Sluiten the rapport.
- Klik to Toegang the Gedetailleerd Bekijk.
- Basic information about the werkinstructie: The Datum of execution, Werkinstructie Naam, Productorder Nummer/Naam, and the Naam of the Operator that executed the werkinstructie.
- The Lijst of Instructieblokken and Instructiestappen.
- The Acties that were taken by your Operator in each instructiestap (including answers to product checks) An instructiestap with a product check is represented by a Vraag mark next to the Stap.
- The Tijd spent by your Operator for each instructiestap.
- The Tijd that your Operator should spend for each instructiestap (configurable in Tijdstudie).
Information Contained in the Rapport (Gedetailleerd Bekijk)
In addition to the information shown in the Simpel Bekijk, the Gedetailleerd Bekijk also shows several extra information:
- The Tijd your Operator Gestart working with the werkinstructie.
- The Tijd your Operator Gestart working with an instructiestap.
When an Operator entered an Antwoord by hand because a randapparaat was Tijdelijk uitgeschakeld, the gedetailleerd bekijk labels that Gebeurtenis as Ingevuld antwoord for Uitgeschakeld "…" (using the randapparaat's Naam). For a partial check, the Label is Gedeeltelijk antwoord for Uitgeschakeld "…".
