How to View the List of Assigned Audits as an Operator via the App
Here's how an operator can see the list of audits that have been toegewezen aan them by an admin.
- Klik op "Audits & Procedures" on the homepage sidebar.
- Klik op "taken" at the bottom menu.
- There, the list of toegewezen audits will be shown. There, the list of toegewezen audits for the next 7 dagen will be displayed. If the targeted audit takes place beyond that time period, keep clicking on "Toon meer" until it appears (each click will add an additional 7 dagen to the future for your search). The second click will fetch the list of toegewezen audits for the next 14 dagen, the third click for the next 21 dagen, and so forth.
- To do an audit, simply click on the targeted audit.
How to Execute a Gepland Audit as an Operator via the App
Here's how an operator can execute an audit that is gepland beforehand by an operator using the Planning Tool.
- Navigate to the targeted audit. It can accessed by navigating to a certain module and then clicking on "taken" on the button menu.
- There, the list of toegewezen audits for the next 7 dagen will be displayed. If the targeted audit takes place beyond that time period, keep clicking on "Toon meer" until it appears (each click will add an additional 7 dagen to the future for your search). The second click will fetch the list of toegewezen audits for the next 14 dagen, the third click for the next 21 dagen, and so forth.
- Once you've found your targeted audit, click on it.
- Klik op "Plan of start audit".
- Klik op "Start audit".
- Go through all of the Instructiestappen.
- At the end of the audit, choose either "Succes" or "mislukt".
How to Manually Mark a Gepland Audit as Not Applicable (N/A) as an Operator via the App
Has an operator encountered een issue that made it unfeasible to complete the audit? In that case, they can label the audit resultaat as Not Applicable (N.v.t.). Here's how an operator can do it:
- Navigate to the targeted audit. It can accessed by navigating to a certain module and then clicking on "taken" on the button menu.
- Klik op the ⋮ (three-dot) icon.
- Klik op "Markeren als n.v.t.".
- Type in the reden.
- Klik op "Opslaan".
Scheduling an Ad hoc Audit as an Operator via the App
Besides admins, operators can also schedule an ad hoc (one-time) audit using the App. Thus, your shop floor can conduct audits that it needs at any moment.
Here's how to schedule an ad hoc audit as an operator via the app:
- Klik op "Audits & Procedures" on the homepage sidebar.
- Klik op "taken" at the bottom menu.
- There, the list of toegewezen audits for the next 7 dagen will be displayed. If the targeted audit takes place beyond that time period, keep clicking on "Toon meer" until it appears (each click will add an additional 7 dagen to the future for your search). The second click will fetch the list of toegewezen audits for the next 14 dagen, the third click for the next 21 dagen, and so forth.
- Klik op the yellow plus knop.
- Klik op "Plan audit".
- Selecteer the audit.
- Selecteer the Datum, audit executor, and voeg toe nota's (if needed).
- Klik op "Plan audit".
Note: An operator can't schedule recurring audits.
How to Execute an Ad hoc Audit as an Operator via the App
Besides executing gepland audits, an operator can also execute ad hoc/unplanned audits at any given time. Here's how:
- Klik op "Audits & Procedures" on the homepage sidebar.
- Klik op "taken" at the bottom menu.
- Klik op the yellow plus knop.
- Klik op "Plan audit".
- Selecteer the audit.
- Klik op "Start audit".
