Plan an audit based on automatic triggers

It’s possible to schedule an automatic ad hoc audit whenever a certain event occurs. Here’s how to schedule it:

1. Click Quality Management in the homepage sidebar.
2. Click Quality Procedures.
3. Click an existing article category
4. Click Edit triggers.
5. Click Add trigger.
6. For the What dropdown menu, choose Plan an audit.
7. For the When dropdown menu, choose the desired trigger event.
8. Select the desired audit that will pop up on your operator’s screen.
9. If needed, you can also add more triggers by clicking Add trigger and repeat steps 6-8.
10. When you’re done, click Save.
