Converting a Microsoft Office Document into an Azumuta Work Instruction

What if you have a work instruction in the form of a Microsoft Office document, and you would like to use it on Azumuta as well? Then, you can import it to Azumuta.

Our latest AI will automatically convert your Microsoft Office document into an Azumuta work instruction. All of the instruction steps and images from the Microsoft Office Document will be automatically transferred into the new Azumuta work instruction.

It works as follows:

  1. Create a new work instruction in Azumuta. Alternatively, you can also navigate to an existing work instruction – but make sure that it has no instruction steps.
  2. Click Import Office document with AI.
  3. Select the Microsoft Office document.
  4. Wait until the import process is complete.
  5. Afterward, you can use and edit this work instruction, just like any other work instruction in Azumuta.

Note: At the moment, you can only import a Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint document. This also requires an Azumuta Intelligence integration configured for document import, under Management → Settings → Integrations. Contact support@azumuta.com to set one up.
