How to Display the Mandatory Training Indicator When Approving a New Version of a Work Instruction
Some werkinstructies can be quite complex – to the point where any operator toegewezen aan execute these werkinstructies must follow a training program beforehand.
As an admin, you can voeg toe a verplicht training indicator to a werkinstructie. Here's how:
Note: Before following the procedure below, you will need to undertake an aanpassing on a werkinstructie.
- Once you're Voltooien bewerken, Klik on the "Goedkeuren werkinstructie" knop.
- Make sure that the "Deze versie vereist training" box is ticked.
- Klik on "Goedkeuren".
Tip: By standaard, the "Deze versie vereist training" box is Altijd ticked in all werkinstructies.
The Mandatory Training Indicator Gezien from a Skillmatrix
Whenever a werkinstructie is bijgewerkt, and the "Deze versie vereist training" box is ticked, a red dot will appear on the competentie level of an operator that needs training. This red dot is the verplicht training indicator.
In the vorige section, we bijgewerkt the "Packing the Washing Machine Training" werkinstructie. As shown in the screenshot below, a red dot is appeared on all operators who require training for this werkinstructie. This is because, no operators have performed the verplicht training needed in order to execute this werkinstructie.
- This is the werkinstructie that requires training. And none of the werknemers have Voltooid the training needed to execute this werkinstructie. That's why there's a red dot on the competentie level for each werknemer for this werkinstructie.
- If one or more red dots appear underneath, then there will Altijd be a red dot on the gemiddelde waarde of the competentie level for that particular werknemer.
How to Verwijder a Mandatory Training Indicator
The verplicht training indicator will disappear if any of the following is true:
- The werknemer is Afgewerkt the verplicht training. Klik to learn how to plan a training and execute a planned training.
- The admin assigns a nieuwe competentie level. Check out the video below to see hoe het werkt:
Note: When assigning a nieuwe competentie level, it's possible that the nieuwe competentie level be the same or even lower as the huidig competentie level. For example, the huidig competentie level is 3. Na the training, you assigned the nieuwe competentie level to be "2". Even though the nieuwe competentie level is lower, the verplicht training indicator will still disappear afterward.
