Search and Export the Audit Trail for Reviews
Filter audit trails by entity ID, issue ID, or action type, then export the filtered set to CSV with human-readable values and raw IDs. Timestamps display in the viewer's local timezone in the UI and exports. Add explanatory comments on trail entries without altering immutable records, and approval flow lifecycle events (requests, column moves, quick-approve) are logged alongside issue actions, renames, feature-toggle changes, and effective-date board transitions — with usernames preserved even for hidden or deleted users.

Operator App: Boards, Signatures & Audits
Board-level view and create permissions apply on the operator interface, and operators can decline signature requests from the shop floor. Rework audits assigned to an executor group appear for all group members. Audits no longer need a constant network connection on the shop floor. Operators download an audit to their device, complete it fully offline — answers, photos, and signatures included — and the system syncs when connectivity returns. Audits can be pushed to devices on schedule, or operators can pin specific ones before low-connectivity areas; each audit shows its offline availability status clearly.
Authority checks work when the operator view is embedded in the admin interface.

Reporting & Accountability
Recording reports show resolved parameter values instead of raw formulas, and checklist reports include who performed review and approval. Audit review signature requests send deadline reminders by email, and the review flow is visible when creating or editing an audit so managers know which process applies before execution starts.

Governance & Quality-of-Life
On-premise workspaces can hide internal staff-only features from the customer UI. A rule that depends on an operator's answer could previously evaluate against an earlier answer when the operator navigated back without entering a new one; rules now always use the latest answer. Light staff users can manage staff-only rights in the matrix where appropriate, and configuration changes stay traceable for investigators who need a complete picture.
