Add reporting artifacts to dashboards
Upload a self-contained HTML dashboard and add it to an Azumuta dashboard as a widget. The artifact uses controlled read-only access to Azumuta data. Teams can add custom dashboards without waiting for a new built-in widget.
Beta feature. Reporting artifacts are available by opt-in only.
Note: To join the beta or ask questions, contact support@azumuta.com.

See open items in issue deadline emails
An issue deadline email now lists each open task, checklist, and signature. When available, the email also shows the item label and assignee. Recipients can identify the remaining work before they open Azumuta.
Learn more about issue deadline reminders.
Restore a previous work instruction version
Restore old content from Revision History. Azumuta creates a new version and keeps the later version history. Approve the new version with your usual approval process. You can recover from an incorrect edit without rebuilding the work instruction.

Configure pinned operator screens from device settings
An admin can configure the pinned screens for a device in the Pinned screens tab. The configured screens give operators quick access on that device. This standardizes device navigation without a visit to each device.

Start an automation when a work instruction is approved
Use the event When an approval request for a work instruction is approved to start an action. This event applies to approval requests on Approval Boards. Automations can start immediately after approval without an indirect event.
Learn more about approval triggers.
Copy a folder or zone with its complete subtree
Copy a folder or zone with its child items and work instructions. Azumuta completes the copy in the background and keeps the new root item read-only until the copy is complete. You can reuse a complete structure instead of rebuilding each item.

REST API improvements
- Devices and device groups: Retrieve connected groups, active users, app versions, and last-seen times. The device endpoints are currently in beta. External tools can discover and monitor shop-floor devices without copying links from the admin interface.
- Audit recording variants: Set the variant information for an audit recording. Integrations can use the same audit variants as the planner.
- Training recording parameters: Retrieve recording parameters for a training. Reporting and manufacturing systems receive the training context without an extra lookup.
- Training competency levels: Retrieve the applicable competency levels for trainees. One request returns the training result and the configured level label for each trainee.
- Audit results: Finish an audit and record its result. Automated audit workflows can finish without a manual closing step.
Note: You must log in to your Azumuta workspace before you open the API documentation. In your browser, open app.azumuta.com/docs/api/intro. API integration requires technical knowledge. Ask your IT department for help.
