Force-finish an audit in Azumuta on Web
An admin with the force finish audits right can close an audit that has open required steps. Azumuta requires an electronic signature. The reason is optional. The audit gets the Cancelled result. You can close a blocked audit and keep a complete, traceable record.

Route work instruction name changes through approval
When the opt-in setting is active, a work instruction name change belongs to the new version. The name becomes effective only after the applicable approval process is complete. Reviewers see a stable name until the approved version becomes effective.

Keep the applicable work instruction name with each version
Recordings, reports, exports, product orders, planning entries, issues, and checklists now use the name that belongs to their work instruction version. A later name change does not change historical records. This keeps historical records accurate after a name change.

Search recordings and audits by answer
Use Advanced search to find text, number, OK, NOK, Yes, No, or N/A answers. For number answers, search for an equal, lower, higher, or between value. You can also limit the search to one instruction step. You can find failed checks and trends without a manual review of each recording.

Filter audits and trainings by status
Operators can use a multi-select status filter in the Azumuta App. The filter can include active and finished audits or trainings. Operators can review completed work without changing the default active view.

Archive and restore user accounts
Archive a user to stop access without removing history, signatures, or audit-trail data. Restore the user when access is required again. This keeps active selection lists current and preserves all historical records.

An authorized operator can force-finish an audit when required steps are open. The operation requires an electronic signature. The reason is optional. The operation can also work offline on a correctly configured device. Operators do not need to wait for an admin to close a blocked audit.

Use Azumuta in Polish and Swedish
Polish and Swedish are available in Azumuta on Web and the Azumuta App. Dates and lists use the applicable local format. Polish-speaking and Swedish-speaking users can work in their preferred language.

Send trigger emails to more recipient types
An email trigger can send to users, user groups, email addresses, and dynamic Creator or Assignee recipients. One trigger can notify the correct internal and external recipients for each product order or audit.

REST API improvements
- Product Order work instructions v2: Create and update Product Orders that contain multiple work instructions. Include the spot and variant for each work instruction. This removes manual setup for orders that contain multiple work instructions.
- Read-only Improvement Boards: Retrieve Improvement Boards, columns, and flows. Integrations can use names instead of fixed board and column identifiers.
- Issue update filter: Retrieve issues that changed after a specified time. Incremental synchronization reduces API traffic and processing time.
- Active Product Order users: Retrieve the users who are working on each work instruction. External planning tools can see which work instruction is in use before they assign more work.
- Recording-step spots: Retrieve the spot for each instruction-step visit. External systems can trace work to a physical station without an extra lookup.
- Delete Spots and Assets: Delete Spots and Assets through the REST API. Integrations can manage Spots and Assets without manual cleanup, and Azumuta protects items that contain child items.
