What Is an Official Version of a Werkinstructie?
An official version of a werkinstructie is a draft instruction that has been goedgekeurd – either through single-person goedkeuring or multi-person goedkeuring.

Creating an Official Version of a Werkinstructie
In Azumuta a werkinstructie can be changed quickly and easily. When aanpassingen are made to a werkinstructie, the huidig versie of the werkinstructie is automatically opgeslagen as a "Draft versie". This draft versie can be converted to a nieuw official versie by approving it, either through single-person goedkeuring or multi-person goedkeuring:
- Single-person goedkeuring: The werkinstructie needs to be goedgekeurd by one person. It can be the werkinstructie aanmaker or another authorized person.
- Multi-person goedkeuring: The werkinstructie needs to be goedgekeurd by several persons using a goedkeuringsflow before an official versie is created.
Note: By standaard, all nieuw werkinstructies have a single-person goedkeuring.
What If You Don't Create an Official Version?
When aanpassingen are made to a werkinstructie, the huidig versie of the werkinstructie is automatically opgeslagen as 'Draft versie'. This draft versie can be converted to an official versie by approving it. If it's not yet goedgekeurd, here are the possible scenarios:
- There is at least 1 official versie of the werkinstructie: The vorige official versie of the werkinstructie will be shown to the operator. The aanpassingen still in draft at that time will not be displayed.
- There's no official versie of the werkinstructie yet: The operator will see the Nog geen goedgekeurde versie pop-up bericht on their scherm. The operator can't use the werkinstructie.
How to See Which Werkinstructies Need to Be Goedgekeurd on an Artikelcategorie
When aanpassingen are made to a werkinstructie, the huidig versie of the werkinstructie is automatically opgeslagen as "Draft versie". To get an overzicht of which werkinstructie needs to be goedgekeurd and to consult their versies, toepassen the following steps:
- Go to an existing artikelcategorie, and klik on it.
- The goedkeuring status of werkinstructies and their status will be shown.
