In Azumuta, every employee has their own personal profile page. This page contains various valuable information:
- Their Contact Details
- The Taal of their Azumuta Platform
- Their upcoming trainings activities
- Their Eerdere trainingen activities, Competentie levels, and how each Competentie was obtained (the training source)
Here's how you can get into the personal profile page of an employee:
- Klik on "Skillmatrix & Trainingen" in the homepage Sidebar.
- Klik on "Werknemers".
- Klik on the targeted employee's Naam.
- You've reached the personal profile page of the targeted employee. To see their upcoming trainings activities, Klik on "Laad meer".
Eerdere trainingen and Competentie Source
The Eerdere trainingen section on the profile lists the employee's training history. Each entry shows the Competentie level and its Bron — for example Training by a Trainer, Training zonder trainer, Review tijdens productorder (with a Link to the Product Identifier), or Manuele update by the person who changed the level.
